Unity was impressive, with what looks like a better quality AC adapter. I have a Duracell battery in the charger for my charger was given bad. I will put it unloaded and then loaded. After 10 minutes it was still performing, I canceled this state and set it to recharge. At no time has the charger indicates that the battery was bad. When I removed the battery, my voltmeter indicated a 1.42-volt charge. I then calculated 4 more AA batteries. These charged quickly (30 minutes) and was also in the 1.42 volt range. The only negative I found was one of the slots a weak spring of the pen against the negative end of the battery should last. The unit was fast, easy to use and the batteries were warm, not hot when you're done. I also liked the LCD barsand words that the status of the batteries, instead of lights that can not actually show the status of the batteries 26 of 26 people found the following review helpful. Charger for good background Gleba Chris: I did much research, I wanted a good NiMH charger that can charge multiple battery types and are easy enough for anyone to use. Pros: Clean, easy to read display * Charges quickly and efficiently * uses no power when plugged in, but do not use charges batteries independently 1-4 * * * Good build quality USB charging! * The ventilation window transparent battery is a nice touch. Some chargers allow NiMH batteries opened during charging (though very rare, can still blow NIMH) and the other is completely covered in black plastic (can not see!). Cons: * I think I had a bad phone but the charger kept trying to load for many hours * The adapter has a power factor of 0.5 (not detected?) 56, but it's so easily replaceable 12v * It would be nice if the unit charge USB devices with batteries, I understand why he does not, however. Bottom line: A good product well worth the money. 11 of 11 people found this review helpful. Nice but not perfect by Wally I was looking for a battery charger that charges not only universal sizes AA / AAA, but also the largest C-and D-size batteries. I had a charger Energizer family, but was unhappy because, as you tend not to properly recognize the battery. An examination of this loader can be found here: Energizer charger family now Tenergy Universal USB Charger with LCD ... After I recharged my battery charger (do not use the discharge), several AA batteries. Of all the old batteries, some of which are recognized as bad, but if I used a battery tester, there was still life in them. Of a dozen relatively new batteries, a battery is detected as bad (if it really was not) I think the bad battery detection process is sometimes faulty. It's probably best to just use a battery tester on the side for some "bad" batteries to test for verification. For a battery of the new group which showed that "bad", I moved to a different channel in the feeder and good recharge. I hope this situation will not repeat what many batteries still life in them can only be detected as "bad". Each battery must be charged in their own channel. In this way, charging the couple is not required. USB port for charging / operating USB devices are a bonus. But I wish the USB port was in the front or side instead of the back. It would be practical. Although I can not charge battery and charging through the USB port at the same time, I still have my device (such as a phone) is connected to the USB port when charging batteries. In this way, charging USB In other automatically kicks when the batteries are finished charging, I can load the charger with batteries and connect the phone via USB to load and upload them all at night. When I wake up.
