They claim to have lifetime free tips but you must pay $3.95 S&H for each. Even the tips they send you don't fit the devices. Trying to deal with the company is horrible. Don't buy this! 4 of 5 people found the following review helpful. The Solar Is Weak By Etvi-san Charging using the solar panels work, but I have no idea when it's fully charged. With the AC adapter the red light goes off, but with solar energy it seems to be red all the time. I've left it out in the sunlight for a few days, and it seems like the charge does not even compare to using the adapter.
