AWESOME backup batter / power supply By Tuxedo Traveler A long time ago I got a backup battery similar to this for $29 at Walmart. It was stolen at the airport, and I needed to replace it, and Wally World no longer carries the one I had. I found this one here, obviously more expensive, but was headed into an area with limited power in Utila, Honduras. This turned out to be a VERY adequate power supply. I used this to recharge my Asus Netbook, my camera battery, my MP3/video player, and my cell phone. I have no idea how long it would have lasted, as it was sufficient to keep me powered up for the duration of my trip, even on the 6-legged journey and flights - without ever recharging this little battery. Granted, all of my electronics were fully charged when I left, and when I had access to 110 I would recharge the netbook with that, but the rest of the time I relied on this little battery and it was GREAT. It also was less than half the size of my original stolen battery, so it was super nice for packing light.
