This was the second PowerBank unit we bought. The first was about 60 times better. This no longer works after about 20 charges. It loads fine but does not supply any power to turn off the phone and just. By Renegade Pinoy671 first it takes forever to charge the power bank. Secondly, I can not say whether the cause was already fully charged, the lights blink for four hours non-stop.
